A project manager will be assigned to your organisation to guide you through the transition. No change is without risk and so we conduct a risk based assessment prior to starting. There are always factors that will dictate timelines and we will work with your team to ensure the process is as straightforward as possible. Our proven accelerators automate deployment tasks wherever possible.

Transition phases:

Evaluate; the evaluation phase is designed to allow organisations determine whether the solution meets their needs. It includes demonstrations and process walkthroughs and allows us to gather some high level information about your organisation.

Prepare; during the preparation phase ROC gathers detailed HR, Pay and Talent information through surveys. If payroll is included then raw payroll data is also collected in order that our payroll simulators can be populated and processed. Customer specific rules are identified.

Deploy; based on the survey data the solution is rapidly tailored to meet the specific needs of your organisation. Any time or pay based rules specific to your company are added at this stage. The data is prepared by your project team using our data templates. Full testing is conducted. Training is classroom based and via webcasts.

Run; in the run phase your ROC Process & Support Manager takes over. You are now safely in the hands of our support team who will look after your system and processes going forwards.
